Join PHA and GC for a soulful collaboration with a boxing session led by Amir, followed by recovery and a themed cinema night.

After the workout, we'll transition to recovery session at the Garden Club, allowing you to relax and rejuvenate.

To cap off the night, we'll gather for a cinema night streaming the iconic sports film "Rocky," providing some inspirational entertainment. Don’t miss out on this fantastic lineup!

Join us on Wednesday 23rd April for boxing 6pm, recovery 7pm and the screening 7.30pm.
